Tour Plan Amendments

Tour plan amendments are available before your booking has been fully processed. As the change may bring lower or higher costs, the quotation would be based on each specified itinerary. To propose any amendments after reservations done, there are possibilities of costs increasing or reducing. Tour shall refund or charge according to the final situation. Before or during the tour, NL38TOUR reserves the rights to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours or parts of tours due to weather condition, transportation, riot as well as other uncontrollable reasons (please find more in FORCE MAJEURE) in order to ensure safe and secure tours.


Force Majeure Clause

Force majeure means any unforeseeable events beyond control which prevent the implementation of any obligation. Usual force majeure includes nature disaster, war, civil commotion, strikes, national or local government orders. If any party is prevented from performing all or part of its obligations owing to force majeure, all or part of its obligations shall be relieved without compensation to the other party. Assuming both parties or any party cannot perform the contract due to force majeure incidents, effective remedies shall be taken to avoid or relieve the losses to the lowest possible extent.


Privacy Policy

Information such as guests’ names, contact details, personal information, travel preferences and special needs shall be kept well and confidentially by. The moment guests leave message on website or through phone calls, NL38TOUR would set specified files and documents for each guest. Guests are responsible for being aware of the content of Privacy Policy. For the purpose of providing tour our services including flight and train tickets, accommodation as well as insurance, etc., NL38TOUR would disclose the information to service suppliers. NL38TOUR promises that the information collected on this website is not for sell, share or rent to any outside parties except necessities of the tour booking.


Cancellation

The deposit will initiate a reservation process. NL38TOUR shall confirm back with guests via email about the booking situation. If the reservation can not be confirmed for any reason, NL38TOUR will fully refund the deposit amount without additional charge.

The cancellation policy rules are subject to the specific products of NL38TOUR. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Guests can also decide whether to leave the deposit to apply for the next reservation within 12 months. The refund amount should based on the actual payment NL38TOUR receive deducting bank handling fee or Paypal commissions. 

 

Travel Documentation

All clients must be in possession of valid passports, visas and permits (if needed) at the commencement of travel. Such documentations are the sole responsibility of guest. Upon request, NL38TOUR may assist clients in applying for the China necessary travel documentation. NL38TOUR accepts no responsibility or liability for the failure of guests’ obtaining appropriate documentation. 


Health Requirements

All guests should realize the international travel risk and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. Client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. 


Travel Insurance

All guests have the right to decide whether to buy travel insurance from home country with specific overseas coverage. NL38TOUR follows the regulation of destination countries National Tourism Administration to issue Personal Travel Accident Insurance.

 

Complaints and Claims 

If guest feels unsatisfied with any service NL38TOUR provides, please kindly notify the local tour guide or NL38TOUR travel consultant right away to avoid the potential similar problems from happening again during the trip. Also to inform tour guide or travel consultant in time is good for collecting proof of service qualities. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, guest can inform NL38TOUR by email or message in written form with signature within 15 days from the end of the tour. NL38TOUR will try our best to solve any displeasure and give reasonable compensation if remedial measures are not applicable.

 

Responsibility

NL38TOUR shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any carriers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by NL38TOUR. NL38TOUR shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to traveler and his/her property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond control. Neither NL38TOUR nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any aforementioned causes.
